If you saved the ZIP file to your computer, but can not open it, you need to download a program that will uncompress or "unzip" the file for you. You can get free versions here: J-Zip for PC and Stuff It for Mac.

I Can't Open the Adobe PDF Book.

I Would Like a Refund.
Please start the refund process using your email reciept from ClickBank. ClickBank takes care of refunds. It can take up to two business days. Please let me know why you decided to request a refund in the comment section of the form, so I can improve future versions of the guide.
